ARON THEN ALLEGEDLY TOOK THE BOY HOME, SMOTHERED HIM AND CUT HIM UP INTO PIECES....POLICE FOUND A TRAIL OF BLOOD AND THE BOY'S FEET IN A FREEZER IN ARON'S HOME.....INVESTIGATORS SAY ARON CONFESSED THE WHOLE THING TO POLICE (RAY KELLY/COMMISSIONER NYPD) "He goes into graphic detail how the boy died and what he did after the boy died. And he does at the end say he's sorry for the pain he's caused." FORENSIC EVIDENCE FROM THE SCENE SUGGESTS A STRUGGLE AND THAT LITTLE LEIBY MAY HAVE BEEN TIED UP.....ALTHOUGH ARON HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH MURDER BROOKLYN DISTRICT ATTORNEY CHARLES HYNES SAYS HE COULD FACE MORE CHARGES (CHARLES HYNES/BROOKLYN DISTRICT ATTORNEY) "We will ask for felony murder and whatever other charges we think will be sustainable."
