Coventry United vs Bromsgrove Sporting | Midland Football League Premier Division

The Rouslers were on the road again this week, facing old rivals Coventry United. Bromsgrove Sporting came away with the three points after a Robbie Bunn goal early in the second half. There wasn't much between the two teams, with Coventry United enjoying the better chances in the first half. After the interval, Bunn put Sporting 1 - 0 up, and was unlucky not to be two up after Max Loveridge's shot from 30 yards found the outside of the side netting. The pressure piled up in the last 15 minutes for Sporting, as Coventry threw everything at the travelling team - but Bromsgrove held strong, and put on a very effective defensive display in front of the huge Butts Park Arena stand.
