The wedding of Navpreet and Harmeet is simply beautiful. You will be able to watch a sequence of traditional Sikh marriage ceremonies (not all on this trailer.) The actual wedding ceremonies were spread out to 5 days, pre-wedding ceremonies: Sangeet, Shagun, Chunni, Mehndi, and Vatna/Haldi, then we had the actually wedding ceremony at the Gurdwara. The trailer shows Navpreet and Harmeet taking 4 pheras together around the "Granth Sahib" during the ceremony. Right after we had the post wedding ceremony, a ritual called doli and then a welcome to her new home. Finally, the reception, you will be able to see in the trailer a beautiful ice sculpture with both the bride/grooms names and an amazing ballroom decoration! and the moment everyone has waited for, the entrance of the new married couple! The preview starts with a shagun ceremony at Westfields Marriot in Chantilly, Virginia followed by the baraat and sikh wedding ceremony at the Sikh Foundation of Virginia Gurdwara. Finally, the reception was taken place at Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center.
