Public Court Hearing on November 19, 2025: NachDenkSeiten vs. Federal Press Conference Case Enters Next Round | NachDenkSeiten Podcast | July 23, 2025 "The defendant (BPK e.V.) is ordered to grant the plaintiff access to its events and offerings as a member." This was the key sentence in the Berlin Regional Court's ruling on July 27, 2023. This followed a legal dispute that dragged on for over twelve months, as the Federal Press Conference e.V. had refused to admit NDS editor and parliamentary correspondent Florian Warweg to the government press conferences at the BPK, citing its status as a private association. The BPK Board immediately appealed this regional court decision. The Berlin Higher Regional Court has now set the appeal hearing for November 19, 11:30 a.m., Courtroom 145. Then it will be decided whether NachDenkSeiten will continue to have the right to ask questions of the federal government at the Federal Parliamentary Assembly. The date is public.
