Anson Parker Announces Bid for Charlottesville City Council

Anson Parker announced his candidacy for Charlottesville City Council at a mass meeting of the city's Republican Party on Saturday, May 30, 2015. In his announcement, Parker noted how technology can be applied to solve common urban problems and how the city's public housing system needs reform. After his prepared remarks, Parker answered questions from members of the audience and received the GOP nomination by acclamation. The election will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
