Radius IntelliColor Display/20e problem

I have an old Sony Trinitron 20" monitor with a peculiar problem, I also cannot find any service information on it at all. If you have a tip or trick, or a schematic for this monitor, it would be greatly appreciated. It's a Radius IntelliColor Display/20e model # 0461 .
