CINCINNATI (Brad Underwood) - A grieving family gathered Christmas Day 2015 in Price Hill on Woodlawn Avenue. It was near where a little boy was hit and killed in 2012. Christmas Day would have been Jaylen's seventh birthday. On Fairbanks members of the Hill family were together. It was the third Christmas they've stood where Jaylen was hit and killed March 22, 2012. They were there not only because it was Jaylen's birthday but because they were not giving up on the case as police still have not arrested or charged anyone in Jaylen's death. Little Jaylen's big smile was something his family members and friends remember about the energetic boy. Police said Jaylen was playing outside with other children when he ran into the street after a football. Witnesses said there were black men in the car. Eventually police found the red Chevy Impala they believed hit Jaylen, but the owner who was questioned said she wasn't driving the car at the time and didn't know who may have been behind the wheel. For Jaylen's mother, grandparents, cousins and aunts-all they want is to know who killed Jaylen and for justice to prevail. Despite the case being cold, the Hills were not giving up. They believe whoever was driving the car lives in the area and is still around. Come forward-admit what you did. That was the message from the Hill family on Christmas. If you have any information about the fatal hit and run that killed Jaylen Hill, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040.
