Cleveland Weather: Rain chances ramp up this Memorial Day weekend

Some fog may develop south of the metro around daybreak, but overall, expect a bright and comfortable start. Afternoon highs will reach the low 80s for most. However, your holiday weekend forecast tells a different story. Expect rounds of showers and storms, starting as early as Saturday morning. Fortunately, Saturday's rain will taper off through the afternoon, with peeks of sun emerging late Saturday and continuing through most of Sunday. Memorial Day is shaping up to be the wettest day of the three, with showers accompanied by breezy conditions. A notably cooler weather pattern will settle in as we approach the last week of May.
