*Shining Fates Mini Tins Got Me All Confused!* Opening Five Pokemon Shining Fates Mini Tins

I am opening more Shining Fates! And today it is in the form of 5 mini tins. I haven’t had much success with these guys in the past, so can today be our lucky day? After a bit of research, I have found that all the Kyogre tins seems to have the silver Hydreigon coin while all the other tins have Mewtwo (and the UK stock seem to get Manaphy coins instead of Mewtwo). Why is this the case?
