OMSSA's 2015 Learning Symposium, Leadership in Human Services: Cultivating Innovation, Strengthening Communities took place from June 21-24, 2015 in Chatham-Kent. It was an inspiring and invigorating three days, as almost 300 delegates from CMSMs and DSSABS, community organizations and the Province came together to explore themes related to leadership, innovation and community building, as well as the evolution of human services in Ontario and the exciting future we have to look forward to as we continue to lead, innovate and evolve. Here, Alf Spencer, Director of Outreach and Strategic Initiatives for Ontario's Ministry of Economic Development, Employment and Infrastructure, speaks about the future and importance of accessibility and accessible service delivery in Ontario.
