Man accused of slashing the throat of an Uber driver in Tolleson appears in court

According to court documents, Francisco Diaz is accused of slashing an Uber driver's throat during an ordered ride on Thursday night. Diaz appeared in court this morning. The judge ordered that Diaz pay a $500,000, cash-only bond to be released. If he makes bond he will be required to wear an ankle monitor.
