In Mumbai, the price of 24-carat gold at spot stood at Rs 1,39,400 per 10 grams, while 22k gold was available at Rs 1,27,800 per 10 grams. These rates do not include GST and making charges. On the other hand, silver jumped Rs 1000 to touch at Rs 2,34,000 per kg in the spot market. Silver is soaring higher prices than yesterday indicating strength in investment and industrial segments.
