Penny Performs ... Mrs. Oxenham in "Hot L Baltimore"

Just days before opening, Penny was hired to take over this role in a student production at Northeastern Illinois University. Besides saving the director's butt, her years of experience, professionalism, and personal generosity were a major asset to the show. Mrs. Oxenham was one of Penny's first paid acting jobs in Chicago!
