Lucinda Extension Time Lapse

NIU extended Lucinda Avenue in 2015. The extension required the removal of Douglas Hall, an older residence hall which was not a candidate for renovation or adaptive reuse. Douglas Hall was dismantled, the concrete was ground up and re-used in the pavement of the new roadway which opened in November of 2015.
