STOLEN CAR: Manhunt underway for suspect who stole vehicle with child in backseat

A manhunt is underway for the person who stole a vehicle with a young child in the backseat, according to Philadelphia police. It happened around 9:30 p.m., on the 5600 block of Greene Street, in the city's Germantown section.
