This recipe is quick, simple, and perfect to pair with roti, naan, or jeera rice. 📋 Ingredients: Paneer, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, ginger-garlic, Kadai masala, and a touch of love 💛 If you love creamy spicy gravies - this kadai paneer will make your kitchen smell like your favorite restaurant.  I am going to be making restaurant style kadai paneer at home- simple, spicy and super tasty So for this I am using 100 g of paneer cut into cubes or you can use already cubed paneer Let's first dry roast a few ingredients To a saucepan add  1 tsp zeera, 2 tsps of dhania or coriander seeds 3 dry red chillies 1 small piece of cinnamon 2 cardamom 3 cloves 1/2 tsp of whole pepper Dry roast till you get a nice aroma and powder them.  If you are using more paneer increase the quantity of spices.  Cool  and powder.  Now to the same pan add around 2-3 tbsp of oil. When the oil becomes medium hot, fry the paneer pieces turning them over with a light hand. Fry till almost golden brown.  Remove to a plate.  Now to the same pan , add 1 large onion and 1 capsicum cut into cubes and fry till almost golden brown. Remove to another plate.  Add a little more oil to the oil leftover in the saucepan Add  1/2 tsp whole zeera Now to this add 1 chopped onion Saute till light brown Then add 1/2 tsp ginger paste and 1/2 tsp garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.  1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp haldi Salt to taste Now took this add around 3-4 tbp of tomato puree Also add the ground and powdered masala.  You can add a little more tomato puree if you find the masala is dry. I have added around 2 tbsp.  Now add a little water💦 mix continue sauteing then add the fried paneer, onion and capsicum Add a little more water and keep on high Once the masala starts boiling, reduce the flame to medium and let it cook.  Cook till it achieve s the desired consistency.  Check for salt and spices.  Now add 1/2 cup fresh cream Mix cover and cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.  Garnish with coriander leaves.  And 1tsp of crushed kasoori  methi Cover and let it be on sim for another 2 mins.  That's it.. Switch off the flame and serve hot.   Serving Suggestions for Kadai Paneer Serve hot with soft chapathi, butter naan, or tandoori roti — the rich masala coats the bread beautifully. It pairs wonderfully with jeera rice, ghee rice, or simple steamed basmati rice. Add a side of onion rings, lemon wedges, and a little cucumber raita to balance the spice. For a complete North Indian platter — serve with dal fry, salad, and papad. You can also serve it with Kerala parotta for a fusion touch — super tasty combo! 😋 💡 Pro Tips: – Roast the masalas well for that authentic aroma – Use fresh paneer for soft, juicy cubes – Add crushed kasuri methi for a restaurant-style finish ✨ Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe to Ambar’s Homemade for more authentic Indian and Kerala-style recipes! 👉 Watch Next: Kerala Egg Roast 🍳 Chicken Curry Kerala Style 🍗 Veg Sandwich Series 🥪 #KadaiPaneer #PaneerRecipe #IndianCurries #HomemadePaneer #EasyPaneerRecipe #Ambarshomemade #RestaurantStylePaneer #VegRecipes #CurryLovers #IndianFood #KadaiPaneer #PaneerCurry #IndianRecipes #PaneerMasala #VegetarianRecipe #HomemadeFood #Ambarshomemade #KadaiPaneerRecipe #IndianCuisine #RestaurantStyleRecipe #TastyPaneer #FoodLovers
