The Russian army has ordered its troops to withdraw from the Ukranian city of Kherson - marking one of Moscow's biggest retreats since the war began. The Kremlin said its forces would pull back from the west bank of the Nipro River - to adopt new defensive lines on the opposite bank. However, the Ukrainian army isn't rushing into the city yet. In fact, Kyiv appears sceptical of the retreat.
