Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing - Mission 42: Monkey Trouble!

For those of you wondering, this game has a ton of single player/offline things for you to do. There's the SEGA Shop where you use all of your accumulated SEGA miles to buy things such as extra players, tracks, and music. There's also challenges to be unlocked after you fulfill certain conditions in game or on the racetrack. And also there's what you see here, mission mode. In mission mode, there's a total of 64 missions to complete with all of them having you do different things such as, rival races, boss battles, score gates, and much much more! So about the score gates, the objective is simple, all you have to do is drive through a bunch of gates to get some points. Sounds easy right? Well this is one of the hardest missions in the game. I still consider Big's Fiesta Food Dodge mission to be the hardest mission in the game, but more on that later. Probably what makes this mission so difficult for people to get a AAA rank (the highest rank you can get in a mission) is the fact that you have to get a score of 420. Made all the more difficult by the fact that there's only a maximum high score of 450! So that means not only do you have to figure out the best path to take, but also that you can only skip a maximum of 30 points to get an AAA rank! But it's not really that hard to figure out a good path to take, there's an endless amount of ways you could go about this mission. This has to be, by far, the easiest way I've ever tried this mission. There's actually a pretty big room for error. I had to back up slowly after ramming into the wall after I got those gates sideways, and I still had a good five seconds left on the clock after I finished! And about getting those gates sideways, you don't actually have to go through both of those pairs of gates sideways to win the misson. I mean quite a few other people here on Youtube have done this mission using those ramps to get through the gates normally. Which is something I couldn't ever figure out how to do, I just thought that's how you were supposed to do this mission, by going through the gates sideways.
