We Tested New HART Tools Impact Driver From WALMART...(not what i expected) when we put it up against the RYOBI 3 speed impact driver in last weeks #TTR or #tooltestsraw. The HART tools impact driver is lacking in power and speed compared to the RYOBI but it wasn't as bad as I expected.
