Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik's bail plea has been adjourned till tomorrow. Today the Enforcement Directorate completed its submissions to the court. Mr Malik is challenging his arrest and custody by the ED. His arrest led to a political scandal in Maharashtra with the Shiv Sena led Government accusing the BJP of using ED like a puppet. BJP on the other hand has demanded his resignation from a public post but the ruling state Government has denied any such demands.
