Mickey Mouse – Minnie’s Yoo Hoo (1930) – with additional titles

My print of the well-known 1930 Mickey Mouse Club short Minnie’s Yoo Hoo came with these extra titles, featuring a version of the “exploding Mickey” headshot that I have never seen before. Could this reel have been used at Mickey Mouse Club events, maybe as a generic part of more specific “main event” titles? There are no splices at all – it’s all the same 16mm print, clearly marked Eastman on the edge. Other markings (all very clear) mean it was printed in the US, in either 1938, 1958 or 1978 – and I don’t know what would be the most likely date. Was there even 16mm film stock marked Eastman in 1938?
