This is medium sized base located in the southwestern part of Trumbull Valley next to downtown Marshall. It requires 5 survivors to move in and 1000 influence. The base features a wider variety of customization with 2 large slots and 4 small slots. It also features expanded storage as well as a zen meditation garden acting as a garden variant and an incinerator acting as a source of morale.
