[SOLO MELEE; No sorceries, pyromancies, miracles, hexes, or any other non-manly things]. If the first sentinel falls down, just wait for him to jump back up. Try not to fall off the platform on the first one, after he's dead the other two will jump up so you really have no choice but to drop down and focus on one at a time.
