I was hacked, lost my Ubisoft account and can't play my favorite game again.

I was the victim of a cyberattack in which a hacker gained access to my credentials — both my email and password — and changed the account information to someone else’s. Since then, I have completely lost access to my account and, consequently, to my entire game library. This situation has caused me great distress, not only because of the time and money I have invested in building my collection, but also due to the lack of control I now have over my personal data and digital property.
