In this video, we bring word of the dragon attack to Jarl Balgruuf of Whiterun. He then directs us to his mage, Fahrengar, who gives us a quest that we have already technically completed, as we already went through Bleak Falls Barrow previously. Once we give him the Dragonstone, a new quest will begin which entails the killing of a dragon that has begun to attack a nearby Whiterun watchtower.
