At the beginning of every season, sometime we face stunted growth in seedlings we start. The seeds germinate on time, but they won't grow properly. Even after many weeks, they just stay with one or two layers of leaves and won't show any improvement in growth. They don't die, won't grow also. We call this as stunted growth.
