Council has voted to progress the statutory requirements for the Prospect Lifestyle Precinct Masterplan, our fiscally responsible solution to upgrade Prospect Oval's facilities that aren't good enough for our community. Council's decision sets the wheels in motion, seeking to revoke community land classification on specific parcels of land and endorsing a draft Code Amendment for community consultation. We're committed to funding these upgrades without burdening ratepayers by pursuing a mixed-use development model - the smart, responsible way to invest in our future.
