Robbery 1361 E Lycoming St DC 15 24 043403

East Detective Division is looking to identify and locate the suspects wanted for a robbery in Juniata Park. On May 14, 2015, at 11:44 pm, the Complainant, a 30 year-old male, was inside the Honey Garden Chinese Take-out located at 1401 East Lycoming Street when an unknown male, suspect #1, who was also inside the store followed him outside as he exited. Once outside suspect #1 met with suspect #2 and began following the complainant north on the 4100 block of M Street then to a driveway on the 13oo block of East Lycoming Street. While inside the driveway suspect #2 grabbed the complainant while suspect #1 pulled a handgun placing it to the complainant’s head taking $20. During the robbery the complainant, who has a valid permit to carry a firearm, pulled his own firearm and fired at the the suspects. When the suspects fled the area they also fired at the complainant from the 4100 block of M street where they fled on foot in an unknown direction. There were no injuries to the complainant during this incident. Suspect Description: Suspect #1: Black male, early 20 years-of-age, 5’9″,medium build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, and armed with a handgun. Suspect #2: Black male, early 20 years-of-age, 6’0″, thin build, wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt with black print on the back.
