If you're looking to become more efficient in running, building your aerobic threshold, and increase muscle stamina this class is for you. In this 60 minute class, you will be put through an endurance based, cardio dense class that provides the variety of CrossFit sustained over a 30 or 45 minute workout. You'll see components such as: sled pulls, running, tire flips, rope climbing, barbell movements, kettlebells and much more. Monday and Wednesday at 5pm. Come be a part of something great.
