'Like the congestion charge': Boris Johnson on Irish border checks post-Brexit

The UK's foreign secretary and Brexit champion has said crossing the border between Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic could be as easy as travelling between London boroughs, comparing future checks to London's congestion charge.
