Onion Paratha - Quick & Easy Home cook recipe Cook Time: 10-15 mins Serves : 2-4 person Method: 1. Take 2 cups of Wheat flour in a bowl 2. Add 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp Pepper powder. Mix well using a spoon 3. Add 1 medium sized chopped Onion, chopped Coriander leaves. Mix well 4. Add water to the mixture (as per requirement) & knead a dough 5. Make small balls (4 - 5) out of the dough 6. Sprinkle some flour & flatten the dough balls 7. Repeat it for the rest of the dough balls 8. Put the rotis on a hot tawa & put oil/ghee on both the sides & cook for 2- 3 mins 9. Your Onion Parathas are ready - Serve it with Sauce/ Chutney
