To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the France 24 Observers in December, we present Charly Kasereka, a long-time Observer for France 24 in the city of Goma, in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. He explains his highlights covered on the Observers and how this program has helped him in his career as a citizen journalist. Want to contact us?
