This kachori recipe is simple and very easy to make at home.do try this recipe and let me know your feedback. #khastaKachori #palweskitchen #stepbysteprecipe Flour : 1 cup Salt Baking soda : 1/4 tsp Oil : 2 - 3 tbsp Water : for kneading the dough For stuffing Soaked Moong dal : 1/2 cup Crush Dry Roasted Masala : roasted coriander seed : 2 tsp Roasted Cumin seed : 1 tsp Roasted Fennel seed : 1 tsp Kasoori methi : 2 tsp Oil : 1 tbsp Asafetida : pinch Gram Flour : 2 tsp Salt Red chili powder : 1 1/2 tsp Garam masala : 1 tsp Dry mango powder : 1 tsp Sugar : 1 tsp Oil for frying Steps : 1. Add flour in a bowl , Add salt , baking soda and mix it well , then add oil and mix it well.you will get the binding consistency , then add water and knead the normal dough.cover it and keep it aside for 1 hour 2. Roughly Grind the soaked moong dal and keep it aside 3. Crush roasted coriander seed , roasted fennel seed and roasted cumin seed and keep it aside 4. Add oil in a pan , then add asafetida , crushed roasted masala and mix it well 5. Add red chili powder , garam masala powder , salt and dry mango powder and mix it well 6. Add kasoori methi and roughly ground moong dal and mix it well 7. Add gram flour and mix it well once the mixture is dry enough add sugar and mix it well , turn off the flame and let it cool 8. After 1 hour when the dough is ready , knead it again and make medium size ball out of it , in the given quantity you can prepare 5 kachori’s 9. Make small balls out of Stuffing we prepared. Make bowl shape of the dough ball, and stuff the small ball of stuffing in it and carefully seal it’s ends 10. Prepare all the kachori balls from it and gently press using your hand , so that stuffing will spread evenly , then roll it out and make puri shape 11. When oil is hot on low flame , add those kachori’s to fry.fry them on low flame then only they will become Khasta 12. Add as many you can add to fry , fry them on low flame from both the side till the time they become nice golden brown in color. 13.
