How to Remove Formula but Keep Value in Excel In this Quick Excel Tutorial, I’ll show you how to clear a formula from a cell keeping the value or result intact. So, lets learn how to do it fast. The trick is simple, copy the entire worksheet (If you want to remove data from entire worksheet) and now paste as values. Done. Now here is the procedure. 1. Using menu: Select the entire worksheet and the copy. Now go to Home Tab, click on the paste dropdown and select Paste Value. Done. This will delete all the formula from your worksheet but it will keep the value intact. There are some keyboard shortcuts to do this. They are as follows: 1.
