Concealed carry and open carry gun laws are confusing in the state of Pennsylvania, DC, and MD

Gun laws are not clear. Philadelphia police department did try to help me. But even the law was unclear for them. Then the attorney General’s office was even more confusing. I just gotta apply for my Philadelphia and Pennsylvania carry license. But it’s sad. How many dudes have been locked up because of this confusion. Yes.
