Namaz E Janaza | Khadim Hussain Rizvi Head of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan | 9 News HD Prominent religious scholar Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi, 54, head of Tehreek-e-Labeek, passed away on Thursday evening. Family sources said that he had been suffering from fever for the past few days. Due to high fever and shortness of breath, he was shifted to Sheikh Zayed Hospital where he suffered a heart attack which proved fatal. Upon hearing the news of his death, a large number of workers reached his house. After reaching the house of the deceased, someone shouted that Allama Sahib was breathing and everyone present there started reciting Kalima Tayyaba and Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi He was rushed to Sheikh Zayed Hospital but doctors confirmed his death. Prime Minister Imran Khan, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa and others have expressed condolences over his death. Hospital sources said that Khadim Hussain Rizvi was brought to Sheikh Zayed Hospital around 9 pm. He had already passed away. An ECG was also conducted to confirm the death of Khadim Hussain Rizvi. The TLP, led by Khadim Rizvi, had held talks with the government two days ago after protests at the Faizabad interchange against government-sponsored blasphemous sketches in France. During the sit-in, he had told the workers that he had been unwell for five days but had come to participate in the sit-in. He fell ill during a sit-in in Islamabad and died yesterday after returning to Lahore. Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi belonged to Attock district of Punjab. He was born on June 22, 1966 to Haji Lal Khan in Attock district. He studied memorization and tajweed from madrassas in Jhelum and Dina, after which he completed his teaching from Jamia Nizamia Rizviyah in Lahore. Khadim Hussain Rizvi was paralyzed in a traffic accident and cannot walk without support. Khadim Hussain Rizvi has played a key role in Pakistani politics over the past few years. His party, Tehreek-e-Labeek-e-Pakistan (TLP), was hailed at the national level due to intense protests and sit-ins on the issue of honoring the Prophet during the PML-N regime. Emerged as a party. Tehreek-e-Libek managed to get millions of votes during the elections.
