[4K 60fps] The Weather Channel Hurricane Central Intro/Opener

Set video quality to 60fps to get the full experience! It may be a while before YouTube finishes processing the video to be available in 4K so please be patient :) Decided to mess around with some upscaling software and this is what I was able to get out of it.
