Ingredients - 1 tbsp butter 1/2 cup water 2 cloves laung 2 elaichi 1 bayleaf/Tej Patta 1 cinamon/kalmi 6-7 kaju/cashew nuts 2 green chilly/Hari mirch 4 cloves garlic/lasan 1 inch ginger/adrak 1/2 cup onions 2.5 cups tomatoes 1 tbsp Kashmiri Laal mirch Salt to taste . Cover and cook for 20 minutes! Let it all cool and grind in a mixer grinder, and then pass through a sieve(optional) . In the same pan- 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 3/4th tbsp Kashmiri Laal mirch Salt to taste Add the makhani gravy Add leftover tandoori chicken/chicken tikka (follow yesterday’s recipe from my page) Add 2-3 tbsp fresh cream 1.5 tsp crushed kastoori methi 1.5 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp butter Fresh coriander to top! .
