Germany should apologize to the people, not to the Namibian government, says LPM

The Landless People Movement (LPM) has announced that the German Government has to apologize to the descendants of the Nama and Herero genocide and not take short cuts by apologizing to the Namibian Government. This comes after the head of State President Hage Geingob announced Phase Two of the genocide negotiations.
