2 DPLs, a FRU and the TL turn out from Paddington Fire Station aswell as G272 from North Kensington passing the station to a suspected High Rise Automatic Fire Alarm in Marylebone. At the scene however only the pumps and Fire Rescue Unit from Paddington were present, so unsure where the TL and G272 went.
