Speak to Stemmer in the Tower of Tears after completing Sea of Sands and he'll mention a Gizmo similar to the Ornaments you've found in other Relic Ruins. Complete the Dunehollow relic ruin and return all the other ornaments to Stemmer and he'll reward you with the Ancestor's Return, a Legendary shredder gauntlet.
