First easy solution is to turn off iCloud sync on iPhone. From the Settings app, tap on your profile name and scroll a little bit to iCloud. Now, tap on See All to view all enabled iCloud services. Find and tap on iCloud Drive. Disable the toggle Sync This iPhone and turn off syncing iCloud Drive from the confirmation popup. Turning off syncing on this iPhone will affect apps that use iCloud Drive for storage and data synchronization. Go back and check after some time.
