Advent Quiet Day

This is a Quiet Day designed for use in Advent, but it also can be accessed any time if one is in need of a guided meditative time. Guidance is given as to when to pause the video with suggestions as to some activities that might be helpful as you sit quietly with the meditations. The Rev. Karen Calafat is the rector of St. Luke's in the Meadow, worshiping at 3021 E. Rosedale on the campus of Texas Wesleyan University.
