Tobiko orders Muthama, Ngunyi be charged over hate speech

The Director of Public Prosecution has directed that Machakos senator Johnstone Muthama be charged for incitement to violence. Tobiko wants Muthama prosecuted over sexist remarks he made during last month’s CORD rally at Uhuru Park directed to Devolution Cabinet Secretary Ann Waiguru and the president. Tobiko has however send Moses Kuria’s file back to the CID citing loopholes in investigation giving detectives 14 days to resubmit the file back to his office.
