Daily Cookups: Making a Playboi Carti X CardoGotWings Type Beat

In this video I made a Playboi Carti x CardoGotWings type beat in Logic Pro using a sample from cxdycord. I started by picking and chopping up the sample, added some FX, and set up a soft clipper on the master. From there I built the beat around the 808s first, then laid down a Cardo-inspired drum bounce. After tweaking the kick and changing the 808 bounce, I did a quick arrangement and finished it off by playing the full beat. Subscribe for more!
