Infectious diseases specialist Dr Leong Hoe Nam on "COVID rebound"

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has again tested positive for COVID-19, just days after announcing that he had tested negative for the virus. Mr Lee said doctors told him he is suffering from a "COVID rebound" and that it happens in five to 10 per cent of cases.
