If cancer is detected early, there's a possibility that the result is an improved outcome in survival. At the moment, cancer are usually detected either through symptoms like a lump in breast cancer, alteration in bowel habit in colorectal cancer, or a persistent cough in lung cancer or the cancer is detected through imaging such as a mammogram, a CT Scan, or a chest X-ray.
