About the Game- Shadow of the Tomb Raider is an action-adventure video game developed by Eidos Montréal in conjunction with Crystal Dynamics and published by Square Enix. It continues the narrative from the 2013 game Tomb Raider and its sequel Rise of the Tomb Raider, and is the twelfth mainline entry in the Tomb Raider series. The game is released worldwide on 14 September 2018 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The story takes place two months after the events of Rise of the Tomb Raider. The protagonist Lara Croft is an archaeologist on an expedition to Latin America looking for a Mayan relic which has a connection to her late father. Trinity, a paramilitary organization dedicated to investigating the supernatural, seek the relic to reshape the world. During the expedition Lara sets off a Mayan apocalypse and she attempts to save the world.
