Today i have made qeema naan, with and without oven the best thing about this recipe is that it is quick and you dont need yeast for it. so lets make these delicious qeema naans today 😊 Ingredients and Method For dough Self raising flour 1.5 cup or (plain flour 1.5cups baking powder 1 tsp, baking soda 1/2 tsp) Yogurt 3 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Water as required Mix all to make a soft dough For Filling Boiled lamb qeema 1 cup Onion 1 Tomato 1 Green chilli 1 Salt 1/2 tbsp Crushed chillies 1 tsp Cumin 1/2 tsp Chaat masala 1/2 tsp Anardana powder 1/2 tsp Fresh mint and coriander 1/2 cup Mix everything and filling is ready Make 4 qual balls from the dough roll them, put the filling in and fold And roll again.
