Shortly less than two minute after my wife arrived, I assisted her to put our baby into the car and I went back into the driver seat. While she was securing our baby inside the baby seat, the PHV driver horned at us impatiently. The whole incident of me arriving at the pick up point, going out of the car, putting baby inside car and moving off took less than 4 mins. He was very angsty, rude and impatient. We have to secure our baby first before we move off . We can’t go off without properly secure our baby.
